  • Chinese ngohiong (ngo-yong),well of course i considereed myself as colon wanderer (colon,the busiest street and the oldest street in The Philippines) ngoyioing is local spring roll unlike lumpia,ngohiong made of ubod (a coconut heart (of coconut) palm (or bamboo shoot)there are lot of  ngoyiong around cebu street but for me you can find the best ngoyiong house located in colon behind the gaisano main back exit.their ngoyiong is really mouthful and their sauce is really good along with various viand like longanisa or crab meat pair with puso a cebuano rice wrapped of  palm leaves,also they have a branch near in San Carlos Main University.
